Never give out GM stuff.



Respect other players.



Do not scam any one.



All ways help each other.



Do not abuse your powers.. for example.. Muting some one who has done nothing wrong/ Warping people if they don't want to be warped (unless its important).



Same goes for Gms,If you are caught doing these actions, you will be banned, But its up to the owner, for how long you are banned, if it is serious you will be permanently banned = Ip/mac/character is going to be banned.
